Interview
HR first contacted after work hours at 7:30pm (we're both EST). I called them back and left a voicemail the following business day. They then called me back that Sunday evening, which was very unexpected. Phone interview consisted of some behavorial questions and how I apply the Business Management tasks in my current position. It ended up being a work from home position and I prefer to have an office so it wasn't exactly what I was looking for.
