Basic questions. Handed off to a number of people who were uncomfortable interviewing. They asked easy questions. I found this to be the easiest part of the path. HR was a bit uncomfortable. They asked questions but you could tell they had no clue as to what I was talking about.

All telephony, no face to face. The people on the interview were more focused on boasting about how great loreal really is and it was like... " hello.... do u want to ask me any questions or just talk about how great loreal is..."...
I mean wow... never talk to people so brain washed.
