O processo foi bem conduzido porém demorado entre as etapas. O time de RH foi muito respeitoso e ágil em já discutir pontos importantes nas primeiras entrevistas antes de passar aos gestores

I was recruited by the Talent Acquisition Team at L’Oréal and was told I came recommended by another manager. The phone interview went extremely well and I was scheduled for another phone interview with the hiring manager. That individual ghosted me, so I contacted the Talent Acquisition Team again and was told it was a scheduling conflict and that they would reschedule in a day or two. That call/email never came and all of my communication back to the recruitment team was ignored. Horrible impression and thank my lucky stars I stuck to my gut and was skeptical about the opportunity the entire time.
