Terrible approach from HR and inappropriate questions such as where I'm from and how old I am. Lead me on for three months to then tell me that I was missing experience at their competitors.
HR interview in the beginning, and if you pass that step, you will meet the rest. Prior to meeting the rest of the team, HR basically sees whether they like your energy or not. However, I did not move forward from there on.
