I tried to attended an interview for an automotive embedded engineer,Firstly they called me and scheduled telephonic interview it won't happen.after 2 days again they call back to me and said sorry for the previous experience and scheduled interview again it won't happen but this time if you call back them they attend your call and tell some bla....blaa.. In the same week I got. Call and scheduled interview again there is no surprise again the same result, Hahaha it won't happen And got a call after a week and scheduled interview morning 10.30 and this time I said I am not interested. I have good faith on this company by seeing it's background but the HR people they don't have proper planning, clarity and people loosing their confidence to attend interview with L and T. My suggestion don't waste people time with false commitment.
