I was hired through a referral given by my friend. There was no technical discussions (Since it was purely through reference). Asked about my projects and technical skills. The expectation matched with my skill sets .
Next HR called to discuss about salary and notice period. I should admit that HR was senseless forcing me to join within a week. There was no much hike provided since my then current job was just 2 months experienced after a switch. I joined them only due to my location preference.
