it was one technical round, managerial round and HR round. the process happened quick enough. i suggest HR take initiative of informing the candidates in prior of scheduling the interview. Also the HR does background verification after the candidate starts working on the project. the process affects the candidates.

Had 3 rounds of interview with 1 technical round, 1 technical+managerial round and final HR round followed by salary negotiation. Technical interview started with easy concept based questions and then proceeded with scenario based questions where we are suppose to provide solutions for technical problems.
