FRESHER: The interview process was in online. I attended through the college placement cell. 1st round - aptitude + electronics basics The questions were basics of embedded, which were far from theoretical I learned from the college. If you have little exposure to the common embedded practical projects and interview questions, you could pass the 1st round. It was standard difficulty you would expect from any MNC. 2nd round: Was a direct HR round. Nothing technical, they just want to know if you are really interested - ask about your hobbies, what projects you worked, what is your experience from those projects etc.

First interview scheduled as technical discussion. Asked me to explain project that i worked on. Then asked me explain issues faced in project. In 10 minutes interview was done. Second round was within week. Panel seemed was not ready with questions and 2 member from panel was asking each other to start with question. One member from panel left in between and did not ask any question. Then they asked very basic question.

I interviewed in the company and cleared both rounds. But found HR to be very rude and unprofessional. Was asking me to convince why he should offer me that much salary. Took all the documents and never gave any offer. HR from Pune is totally bad.
