they are hiring generally from campus.
But they hired me as fixed term contractor.and then i confirmed by myself with fighting my manger and sign a bond of 2 lac for 2 month.
And after that i signed bond for 120000 for visa application.
at the time for onsite i again signed a bond of 700000 for not leaving company in usa.
