Interview
I really do not know what to say at this moment. I am really disappointed.
I just want to explain you all How this whole process made me think otherwise.
Before Interview: I clearly mentioned my salary expectation. It was accepted by Aaaa then only we proceeded.
After clearing the Interview: Aaaa said HR will contact me for discussion. I said why because we have already discussed everything. He said It is just a formality. Same thing I said in HR discussion also. Done.
Today 26 march 2021:(3rd day after HR discussion) HR (Bbbb) said she will get back to me. I am still waiting. Finally I followed up and called Aaaa then he told me that he can not offer me because there is a budget issue from the client.
My question is Why? Why did you proceed without having the knowledge of the budget? Why is this much late for intimating the same? Is this the same behaviour you expect from the candidate or anyone else?
