Decent interview, with straightforward technical rounds and skilltest. But the management round lacks in progressive approach and still adheres to old policies. Whereas it should look more towards employees upscaling, better prospects and such.

Interview is mostly about your CV. I had interview with them on january 2023. They sent me the offer 3 days later. I should not have had interview with them and i should not have accepted their offer. Because, they hired me for a project in Munich but they could not get the project from customer. Then, they terminated my contract. If you do not have a project, they do not care of you. So, i highly recommend NOT to accept their offer.
