My interview at 11am , i was there by 10:50 am . Met with District Manager who's behind the reception desk working since they're understaff . He wanted to perform interview while working since he was the only one and asked me to help him .He showed me how to check people in and quick maintenance . He asked me to help him over an hour , finally we had some time to talk about the duties ect. Than i realized this is not a management job , and not the same money they've posted. You have make 50+ collection calls a "day" ! to make money they offered you since basically job pays $13hr which 27K year and when you made those calls and sales you'll get the 5K . There are 75K customers is delinquent all around US that they're after and this company is so cheap to have 3rd party arrangement to perform this duty professionally .
Applied on indeed and had one on site in person interview with the district manager. Then had a follow up phone call interview with the regional operations manager. In person interview was about 30 Minoans phone call was less than 10.

Explain your previous experience and how it relates to the work you will be doing here ?
Did one interview then called and offered the position next day. After excepting the process wasn’t very professional. Didn’t hear from the manager for 2 weeks while he was on vacation. The manager could have told me I would be waiting two weeks to hear about a start date.
The interview process was pretty straight forward. Two interviews were required and I was asked very good questions about how I was the right fit for the job. After completing the first interview I was passed along for the second in which the same questions were asked so they could form two opinions and compare.
