Process seemed disjointed. Started with screening calls and then went to virtual interview, recording yourself answering written questions (not a 2-way video interview with actual interaction with someone from the company). Using a passive interview tool made it seem like they didn't value my time and wasn't important to them to have a conversation regarding my capabilities and what I could bring to organization.
