I was honestly pretty shocked with how unprofessional this process was. Completed a phone screen (normal) and then was sent to the HR Director for a video call. The experience was off from the start--she was not in a work location or dressed for an interview. She shared she was taking care of her (parents?) and apologized a few times for needing to step away. The conversation wasn't memorable at all. I immediately texted the recruiter and opted out of the process. Could have easily rescheduled. The lack of professionalism in the HR department was wild.
