1. Phone Interview - Straight to the point which was great! How she delivered LDR Spine benefits, perks, overall family feel cultural experience was right on point! (Why? Read 2 below) I was asked about my experience in relation to the job posting as she took notes.
Next couple of days I was called for an interview.
2. Interviewed with about 6-8 people mostly all separate in 30 min increments. HR person who ph interviewed me was right! Each person I met with were very nice and professional. Each made it a point to share how long they've worked there and through their time there has only gotten better.
As I toured I definitely got the family feel and people seemed happy.
2 days later I was given and offer!
Did I accept? I sure did!
