LEXIDY interview questions

This was the first red flag, during the interview it’s okay, after she booked me another interview in few days with the sales director also a online technical test. Following that, I finished the technical test in the next few days, and did the 2nd interview with the director, was not bad. One day after, on the Wednesday, I received the acceptance letter from them clearly written “ I'm thrilled to inform you that we're highly impressed with your qualifications and believe you'd be a fantastic addition to our team. We're to propose the offer of a working schedule from 13:00 to 20:00, Monday through Friday. If this schedule aligns with your availability, we would also need your possible start date.. Of course, we're open to discussing any adjustments to ensure it suits your needs.” I replied to the email and accepted the offer, asking for more conditions for the offer and the contract details. HR told me she will be on the vacation and will be back next week and keep me updated. I wait until the next Thursday, nothing, I send her a follow-up email, she replied with super chatgpt email and said the hiring manager still aligns with some details. I waited, one week passed, I email again on the Monday after that week to request any further information, she sent me a super chatgpt rejection email “However, I regret to inform you that due to ongoing restructuring within our department, we are unable to proceed with your application at this time.” I have never felt this disrespectful with any other company’s hiring process, it’s not only shows the attitude of this company also how the organization structure is unstable. However, I am glad I didn’t join them.
