Red flag 1: They ghosted me after the onsite interview! First I had technical interview with the manager, then onsite technical interview and presentation, which seemed to go well. They were communicative up until the onsite interview, then suddenly stopped communicating. I emailed a few times and they said they have not made a decision yet. After 4 months, the job is still posted on their webpage and I have not heard from them. This is ridiculous! If you are not really hiring people, don't waste their time even up to the onsite interview, or at least have the decency to tell them the results! Red flag 2: Normal technical questions. But during onsite interview, they were pushing to get the solution to the technical problem they were trying to solve! Basically, without hiring, they wanted to get the solution out of you, and I felt abused.
