The interview process seemed fine until I realized they never talked about the role itself and they asked some irrelevant questions that had nothing to do with the role as well. From start to finish, it mostly felt unprofessional. I asked for a reschedule on the phone screening and the HR employee decided to give me a time that I never mentioned in the email. I asked for 11:30AM and she proceeded to schedule for 12PM without telling me anything so I had to email her asking why. She said that she was already booked for 11:30 so she decided to schedule me for 12 which disrespects my time. After the phone screening, I had my in person interview which was originally supposed to be on a Wednesday, but she emailed me asking if I could push it earlier on days that I was unavailable which were Monday and Tuesday. I kindly decided to do it on a day that I didn't ask for just for the sake of them. So if you're wondering how poor their management and HR teams are, they are quite bad and they want you to cater to their schedule. The in person interview comes around and it was a joke with some irrelevant questions being thrown around. I even got an email from them 3 HOURS AFTER the interview of them telling me that they moved on which made me wonder if I was even considered at all in the first place. It also made me wonder if I was Korean, would the outcome be much different? So the overall experience for me was just terrible. Don't apply unless you're Korean and can speak it.
