Very detailed interview process and thought-evoking questions. The people that work for the company are very passionate about their work and it's evident in how they handle the interview. They encouraged questions and even gave a bit of a presentation on the company itself. Most of the information was easily found online, BUT if you hadn't extensively prepared for the interview, it was nice to have a quick little refresher.

The process is a long one. You have a recruiter email you and set up a time for a phone interview. Then a personality assessment is emailed to you. The overall process was straightforward/ professional and the interviewer was polite.

The interview process was in 3 parts and very thought out. Phone interview, DISC assessment, in person interview. The whole process lasted a few weeks. They were real keene on sharing company info and stats. Unlike the traditional, “what can you do for us” interview I have experienced in the past, LGI is adament on making sure you are informed before you decide.
