I was greeted by kind receptionist. As I waited to be interviewed, I was asked at least 6 times if I'd been helped. It was a warm welcoming. Employees seemed very happy.

I was contacted by the sales manager of the community I would be working. Went in for the first interview. The sales manager asked me several questions about my work history, education and what my interests were. I was asked to come back for a second interview. Completed the DISC profile and asked more in depth questions. References were checked and I was offered the position. This happened in May 2012.
