The hiring process was amazing in my opinion. I applied online. Shortly thereafter I recieved an Email from Amy Turner inviting me to a private event in Atlanta GA. Where I met the VPO and other, Area Mangers and Sales managers. We also did a personality test. The event had a great presentation about the companies background and their future plans. After words we did a quick interview. The next day I received another Email from Amy inviting me to another interview at the location in Cartersville GA. I thought the interview was set up to make anyone at ease. I however did not sell myself. I most definitely was off my game. I am a thankful that before I left it was told about concerns and even reasons to why I most likely would not get the position. This gave lots of time to reflect back on my interviewing process while it was still fresh. I have many things I would have said more delicately. I believe I myself was my downfall. I am more than pleased with having this opportunity to have even have been considered. Amy emailed me in a few days to let me know they decided to go with other candidates.
