I applied online and was contacted almost right away. After a phone interview, i was scheduled for an interview at one of the communities. It was very insightful because i was given information about the company as well as given a thorough description of what my day-to-day work day would look like.

We began with the "getting to know you" portion, continued with the company sell, and finished with expectations of the position. It was a straightforward, personable, and overall positive experience.
