Initial interview is online via Teams. The recruiter begins by reviewing the job description with you. She asks you to describe your work experience. Then answers any questions you have before proceeding to next steps.

The interview process was expeditious. The interviewer's explained the next step in the process and allowed me the opportunity to ask questions. I was pleased with the preciousness of the process and how quickly the interview process was completed.

One day after applying, I received an email to set up a phone screen, which lasted about 10 minutes. From there, I completed a personality assessment and met with the regional sales manager for an in-person interview. It was easily one of the most comfortable interviews I’ve been to!
