I applied to LGI and within a week I was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an initial phone interview. My initial phone interview was schedule at 11am on a Tuesday morning . Tuesday morning comes and around 11:40am (interview time was scheduled at 11am and I hadn’t received any phone call) I receive a email from the recruiter stating that she was in a meeting but would like to reschedule for the next day to which we both agree to have the call at 1pm. The next day (Wednesday) comes and now the recruiter has another schedule conflict to where she can’t hold true her word for our 1pm interview so she reschedules again for Thursday at 9:30am. The third day come (at this time I’m somewhat frustrated due to all of the time reschedules but somewhat hopeful for our 9:30am interview ) and at 9:40am the recruiter emails me stating that they’re no longer conducting interviews! This whole interview process was extremely unprofessional, a waste of time and also a slap in my face at the end. Professionalism and time management didn’t seem to be a priority with my recruiter.
