Generic questions about college, degree, and accolades. They want to basically get to know you and how your background can benefit the company and the position. It was really straightforward and not difficult.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LGI Homes
Interview
It is very thorough. They start with a phone screen, then a long personality test. Then they bring you in for an in person interview, and you go through your personality test step by step to confirm/deny red flag words that the test came up with. E.g. "Would you agree that you are demanding?" It left me with a strange taste in my mouth. However, they followed up a few days later to come in for a "half day" to decide if I like the place and the role. I loved it and received and offer that day. Upon starting, I came to realize that they stress company culture and teamwork so highly that the interview HAD to be that intensive. And it's very worth it. I haven't found a disagreeable person there yet.
