Applied online, process took a week. Received an email from the recruiter telling me what time she would call. Asked basic sale questions. anted to know my experience and how many sales I've had in the most recent year. I am a new agent, so I had none. Recruiter was very nice and laid back.

How many transactions have you had in the previous year?
First contact other than email was a Zoom meeting. If you're not used to seeing yourself on a screen it's very uncomfortable and in my case didn't represent my personality at all.

Was contacted by a recruiter out of the blue so I went to a hiring event. Sat through some company info. Filled out a personality test. Had a quick 5 minute chat with an employee. They said they would like to bring me back for an interview but then I got the we went with other candidates e-mail.

Received a email 4 days after application submitted for a Teams interview. Meet with the recruiter for 10 mins. Asked about myself and work history. Then gave me info on the company and job. Asked if I had any questions. Then said they would let me know by next week.
