I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at LHH
Interview
Totally disrespectful process. They went completely quite 2 in the process without replying multiple follow ups. Suddenly they reappear with different explanations from the recruiter and the hiring manager. If a company is trying to grow and attract good talents, it should be honest, professional and respectful. You guys work in the career transition business, but can’t provide even a mediocre candidate experience. Nowadays, no big brand can afford building such a negative experience for candidates and creating such a terrible image for itself. Nao this becomes even more unbelievable when you look to a 2nd tier organization like LHH.
