Interview
Referred, called in, answered questions panel style. Now telephone screening is conducted beforehand. Depending on whom is conducting the interview and for what position it may be a completely useless vetting process or overly rigid.
You'll go through a phone screening, then a panel interview with the PM and lead consultants. Both are around 30-45 minutes, and it's best to come prepared with knowledge of the federal agency you're interviewing to contract with.
