Very easy process. Felt like a basic interview with typical questions about why I applied and my views of the workplace. We talked about what we expected from each other as employee and employer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LOFT (Winston-Salem, NC)
Interview
The manager interviewing me was very nice! Wanted to know who I was as a person and why I was interested in working with customers. Felt more like a conversation than an intimidating interview!
Interview conducted by store manager. Asked several questions pertaining to prior customer service experience and how you would handle different scenarios in the store. Also asked about flexibility in schedule.
The interview was easy. They had me pick out clothes and put outfits together. I did a fitting to see what jeans worked best for me. Also had me go into another store to see if I got greeted.
