Interview
It was very smooth and straight forward. First you start with a couple of interview questions and then the manager will tell you you to go in to the store and choose one whole outfits and why you choose those pieces of clothing.

Question 1
What are your favorite designers? Why do you want to work at Loft and what do you want your clients to know about LOFT.
It's super easy they basically hire anyone. Just talk about how you enjoy helping people and talking to customers. its only about 15 minutes in the office and they just go over their expectations
Straight forward. Asked about strengths and weaknesses. Asked about how you would be a team player and what makes a dependable employee. Talks about training, asks about sales and credit.
