I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at LOFT in Jun 2016
Interview
I walked into LOFT and asked if I could drop off my resume, heard back that day and got asked to come in and interview. The interview was pretty easy, I loved my manager and she made it not nervewracking or intense. The questions were pretty standard and she called me moments after I left and offered me the job.

The manager interviewing me was very nice! Wanted to know who I was as a person and why I was interested in working with customers. Felt more like a conversation than an intimidating interview!
Interview conducted by store manager. Asked several questions pertaining to prior customer service experience and how you would handle different scenarios in the store. Also asked about flexibility in schedule.
The interview was easy. They had me pick out clothes and put outfits together. I did a fitting to see what jeans worked best for me. Also had me go into another store to see if I got greeted.
