Interview
Have to pass online evaluation test in order for you to be interviewed, must pass with a 60% for associates and 72% for management. Interview has a lot of questions, lots of style-related questions (trends, magazines, etc.) & generally if they like you they will ask you to do a "style challenge" where they give you an event or personality and you go around the store and pick out outfits to match.

What are the current fashion trends this season? How do you stay current with your wardrobe? Have you shopped with us before & where do you shop? If you were handling a ___ situation with a disgruntled client how would you act?
It's super easy they basically hire anyone. Just talk about how you enjoy helping people and talking to customers. its only about 15 minutes in the office and they just go over their expectations
Straight forward. Asked about strengths and weaknesses. Asked about how you would be a team player and what makes a dependable employee. Talks about training, asks about sales and credit.
