In-person interview going over basic retail experience and availability. Pretty generic questions about overall skills. I was asked about my past customer service experience. They may ask how you would handle a tough customer. They definitely look for some sort of availability on weekends, but are usually pretty flexible when it comes to your schedule on normal week days. They will probably ask you how you would describe the brand.
It's super easy they basically hire anyone. Just talk about how you enjoy helping people and talking to customers. its only about 15 minutes in the office and they just go over their expectations
Straight forward. Asked about strengths and weaknesses. Asked about how you would be a team player and what makes a dependable employee. Talks about training, asks about sales and credit.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LOFT
