online application, online assessment, facetime interview. online assessment took about 30min, facetime interview was very relaxed and I was asked about my shift availability on the spot. overall very low stress, especially considering that I didn't have experience before this.
It's super easy they basically hire anyone. Just talk about how you enjoy helping people and talking to customers. its only about 15 minutes in the office and they just go over their expectations
Straight forward. Asked about strengths and weaknesses. Asked about how you would be a team player and what makes a dependable employee. Talks about training, asks about sales and credit.
