Interview
Simple process. Very laid back interview environment. Open-ended questions that allow you to elaborate on your experience. The questions were about why you want to be in retail , describe experiences. Only one interview then got the job offer a few days later.

Why do you want to work in retail? How would you promote our store card ?
Describe a time you had to deal with an upset customer ?
It was simple. You come in and she asked basic behavioral questions. She was nice and understanding. The questions were super simple especially if you’ve interviewed for a retail position before. Tell me about yourself kind of questions.

Interview
I met with the Store Manager, he told me about his experience working for Ascena Retail Group and asked me about my retail experience. I had the opportunity to ask him questions. Finally, I met another Manager virtually and then received my offer letter.

How would you approach a customer walking into the store?
Applied online and was able to get an interview in matter of a week. Talked about availability first via phone and then set up an interview. I was interviewed first by the store manager and then talked to the assistant manager after.
