I applied through other source. I interviewed at LOFT (Hamilton, NJ) in Jan 2021
Interview
It was like an interrogation. The interviewer was extremely aggressive and demanding. They tested me on why I wanted to work there and did not accept my answer. This was probably one of the worst interviews I've ever been to. It made me not want to work here. Management was bad with customer service and dealing with people. They also asked me what salary I wanted then put me down for wanting $1 per hour more than they were offering and told me I would never make that much in retail.
