Basic interview process, applied and then a few days later the manager called, offered a job shortly after the interview. Interview questions were based around customer service scenarios and they wanted to see how you would respond.
It's super easy they basically hire anyone. Just talk about how you enjoy helping people and talking to customers. its only about 15 minutes in the office and they just go over their expectations
Straight forward. Asked about strengths and weaknesses. Asked about how you would be a team player and what makes a dependable employee. Talks about training, asks about sales and credit.

An in person interview with general questions on handling customers and duties of a sales role including merchandising and inventory. Focus on scenarios and answering how you would solve them.
