Initial interview was handled by a recruiter that was very friendly and asked basic screening questions to make sure minimum qualifications were met; recruiter then passed resume along to hiring manager who requested an interview through that same recruiter; recruiter coordinated remote interview with hiring manager; hiring manager interview was one hour and covered the nuts and bolts of the position, as well as gaining more detailed insight into career experience and work preferences
