Thoughtful questions. Great tour of projects and people on those projects. Incredible office. Incredible people. I was impressed and that’s why I took the job. Great place to work and really enjoy. Tough but worth it.

Interview
The interview process was very casual and personal. I met one of the employees for lunch and then got an office tour. This was followed by a brief sit down with one of the office leaders to go over my resume and portfolio.
