I went to college career fair and applied online and I had received a call next week for a phone interview. Then it was onsite. I had a 1 hr group/panel interview. Then it was 10 1:1 interviews. It was a tough process. I finally received the offer.

5 Interviews with in one session. 3 technical interviews, 1 Human-Resources/Teamwork style interview, 1 Lunch with a practicing engineer for you to get to know the employees, and for them to get to know you as well

Much of the questions were computer architecture based, thus knowledge of communication systems and PC standards (DDR, DRAM, PCIe, SCSI) is beneficial
