Traditional phone interview followed by in person interviews. The in person interviews lasted all day and consisted of a wide array of people within the company. Interview questions ranged from general discussion and personality questions to "what if..." questions designed to probe your knowledge. The office is large but in an older building. People were friendly and organized, culture appears to be relaxed.
