Interview
The interview process was not very difficult at all. The hiring manager was very easy to talk to and simply wanted to understand what type of person I was. They asked about my time availability and took it into consideration once I started working. The entire process did not take very long.
Process took a month before getting email on interview. It was a group panel of 4 people no phone interview was done prior. This was for a information technology analyst 3 position at the Baton Rouge location:

Interview
It was very thorough and in-depth as we discussed my previous work history. We also discussed the Deaf Culture as it relates to my role as a Communication Facilitator. The training was unpaid because the cost of $300 to $400 of the training program was covered by the employer. The training program was rigorous and detailed, and it properly prepared me for my role as a Communication Facilitator.
