I applied online for a role at rewardStyle and was contacted a few days later for a 30 minute phone screening. After the interview, I sent a thank you email and followed up twice about the status of the position. I've received no response from the recruiting coordinator. As an employee candidate and frequent user of the LIKEtoKNOW.it app, I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism during the hiring process.
