I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LTK (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Initially, the recruitment process seemed promising, but it quickly became challenging. The recruiter rescheduled our meetings twice, which I accommodated with no problem. However, during our first screening, she was five minutes late and did not offer an apology. Throughout the interview, I sensed a lack of enthusiasm and felt rushed, which made the experience uncomfortable. Regrettably, I couldn't help but feel that my race might have influenced her demeanor. Despite her assurances of follow-up, I was eventually ghosted, leaving me quite disheartened with the overall experience.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LTK (Miami, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Good experience with every person from the team. I was in my last step, waiting for the design challenge and I was completely ghosted after 6 interviews, yes 6. The first one with HR, then one with a Lead Product Designer, the next one with 3 designers form the team, then with the Director of Product Design and the last 2 with a Product Management Lead and a Development Lead.
No notification or communication about they would not moving forward with my application. Honestly at the end this was a good thing, because I'm not going to be working with such people
