Interview
Firstly, for this role they are looking for a candidate from 5 months. Not sure why this company couldn’t hire anybody. Even the Senior data engineer looks so tired with this interview process. I got interviewed for 5 rounds including screening. Ended up with a rejection email after hiring manager round & behavioral round. If you don’t want to hire anybody you can just close the position. I think they want some reach in public. That’s the reason they are just keeping the job post alive. It’s nothing but they are just playing with the candidate time and giving much mental stress. I strongly recommend not to waste your time by attending the interview in this company.
I applied online. I interviewed at LTK (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
First round phone screening with the recruiter. We walked through the company, the role, and my experiences. She scheduled the next round interview the next day. The interview process consists of three rounds. First, live coding on coderpad with data structure and object-oriented design concept. Second, SQL coding. Last round behavioral questions other teams. Overall the recruiter and interviewer were both nice and professional.
