The company has displayed really bad ethics while it comes to dealing with interview candidates. After a month long(October2024) interview and submitting all personal documents as their formality to release the offer letter, the offer did not come through and the simple reason given was that the position was on hold when followed up since there was silence all of a sudden. This was the last step(submitting documents) to receive the offer letter and they called it company policy before rolling out the offer letter. If policies are followed so religiously, even candidates should also not be left stranded at this stage. Where has trust gone.
