The worst experience from HR team ever, Kindly read entire experience. I completed L1 , L2 , HR rounds and I was very positive because I did well in all the rounds. And after that I got a shock that I got rejected, and then later I tried finding out the reason. 1. Candidate is from a non-technical background 2. Candidate doesn’t have 4 Years of experience I’ve completed BCA and MSC in BigData and Analytics, I really think these HR’s there are literally waste and also I have 3 years of experience and this was something they confirmed on first phone screening round. HR’s like these are actually why people hate these entire HR community. I just wasted my time and leaves for this entire process. They also made me come to their Bangalore office just for verification of identity card. Such a worst experience and unprofessional approach.

The HR confirmed over call that they were looking for a data analyst with SQL and Power BI experience. No domain specification was mentioned. Though interview was scheduled on Friday for a Monday, there was a last minute change in link for joining the meeting. The total interview was for 45 mins.
