I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at LVMH (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
The process took one month and through video calls. I applied on the LVMH site and was emailed two days later to attend a 3 hour group interview/assessment centre with about 9 other candidates. Got a second interview with the hiring manager then a third with the department director. Finally got a final interview with the branch manager. A final call was had with HR who offered me the job.
Overall everyone was easy going, nice to speak to, and they really want to know more about your personality and values. To do this they engage in conversations where it'd be easy to answer generically but you are actually expected to be creative and make it your own.
