Started with a phone interview followed by a couple of onsite interviews. Met with engineering management, VP of engineering and several of the engineers on staff. I took a tour of the manufacturing and fabrication facilities, very impressive for a newer company with rapidly increasing demand. They have a really good group of engineers on staff with culture of rapid problem solving. Seems like it would be a great place to work.
