Interview
Simple interview process with the LVT team. I had an initial phone call with LVT recruiter, then had a Zoom call with the hiring manager. After that I was invited for an on-site all-day interview where I had a series of 1-hour interviews with cross-functional leaders that I would be working with and for. I did have a few more Zoom calls with additional stakeholders after my on-site, which was very well received as I was able to meet some additional LVT Executives that way.

In general, I was mostly interviewed about my philosophy/approach to Product Management, my understanding of the market/customers that LVT serves, and how I would process and action on through certain scenarios.
